For every Purchase of net amount of at least HK$ 1,000 you will enjoy free delivery service to a single destination between 9 am to 6 pm on working weekdays. Delivery service is not available on Sunday and Public Holidays. Free delivery service is limited to residential or commercial addresses within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories only. For orders under HK$1,000, a delivery charge of HK$200 shall apply.

Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas. |

Request for delivery to Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Chek Lap Kwok International Airport will incur additional charge. Charges will be quoted upon request. Delivery service will only be available between 10am to 4pm on working weekdays only. |

Delivery will be made within 5 working days after acceptance of your order. |

Delivery service is not available if there is no authorized or legitimate unloading area within 50 meters of the delivery address. |

In case the delivery service of maximum five boxes without lift service, it would be subject to additional charge $30 per box per floor and only up to the 5th floor of the building. If in the event of a lift breakdown, we will make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time. |

Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time. |

We reserve the right to charge additional delivery cost if the customer is not present to receive the goods at the agreed time, incomplete/wrong address is provided or any change in address for the services to be delivered to. |

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure, we will contact you by phone to arrange another delivery date. |

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged to our customer service hotline +852 3650 0668 at the time of delivery; otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery. |

In the event that the goods have not been collected or delivered for one year from the invoiced date, then the Company has the right to dispose of the goods with no further notice to the Customer. The Company shall have no liability to the customer in respect of disposal of the wine in such circumstances. |

According to Full Implementation of the Plastic Shopping Bag Charging (PSB Charging) by Environmental Protection Department effective from 1 Apr 2015, if customer requests to include any Schmidt Vinothek shopping bags in the delivery, the charge is HK$1 each. |
